Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid Mapslio plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first payment on each plan. It does not apply to subsequent renewals.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the email address associated with your account and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within one business day.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Requests made after 14 days from the initial purchase date • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) • Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
